play our music over the Internet. "We" also give OvergroundRadio.com
permission to use the band's name, logo, trademark, likenesses, photos, etc and
the names, photos, likenesses of individual band members for the purpose of
promoting and identifying the band with their music. I also agree that no fees,
royalties, or payments of any kind are to be paid to the band for such uses by
OvergroundRadio.com, and waive any rights I may have to be paid for such uses by
OvergroundRadio.com, Inc, under the law, unless the band has already entered
into an agreement with any licensing agents or agreements prior to this
agreement. We have agreed that OvergroundRadio.com may use music from the band
